I feel so guilty posting all of my mommy goggle pictures, but this post is dual-purposed: for you to get inspired to take me with you to the beach! I love beach pictures!

Had to show you with a picture! Due March 19th :-) Wish me sanity and good health!
(Will definitely take some time off for maternity leave so keep that in mind when planning photography sessions for next year! Probably won't shoot any of March or April.)

Oregon Part III - Lost Lake

Some nudey pics of Lily at Lost Lake in Oregon (part of Mt. Hood). I show these because, (1) I think they're beautiful, and (2) look how gorgeous Oregon is.
And yes, we were the people that let their kid run around naked in the water. But if you can't run around naked when you're 2, when can you? We forgot her bathing suit and she wanted in that water. It was freezing cold water, too. I have such good memories of this day.

Oregon Part II

Because my beautiful little inspiration is turning 2 tomorrow, this post is all about her...and you might see more of her pop up shortly. I've been taking a lot of her at this special milestone.
She had a big Luau Birthday party while we were in Oregon at her Nana and Papa's.

This is Lily's future hubby, Gabriel. He is Chuck and Shelly's little boy (remember them from a few posts ago?). He's four and oh so cute.

Oregon Part I

As I'm waiting for my camera to download some umpteen million photos, I thought I'd post a few pics of our friends Shelly and Chuck. You could also call them Shellchucker. I just cannot express what great friends they are. While in Portland they made us feel like the most important people in the world. We miss them terribly. Shelly is just about 9 months pregnant and looking gorgeous as always. Chuck, well, excuse his motorcycle-dude bandana. Underneath that he has the cutest mini-mohawk!
Anyway, our wonderful friends at gloomy, chilly (that day at least) Cannon Beach, Oregon.


A little closer...I love their smiles.
And one of my hubster...looking oh so Pacific Northwest. He was totally in his element the past week and a half. He grew up in Portland, went to college in Alaska and then married a chick who moved his butt to Texas. He's not very...uh...fond of the heat, shall we say.
